While coming around one of the rink corners, I spotted a little girl, about 3 years old, just standing up, rolling down into the rink, right in my line of skating. In an effort to avoid hitting her, I wiped out, damaging my spine (the L4, and L5 discs, the Sacrum, and the Coccygeal Vertebrae). Fortunately, I never ran into the little girl. After 4 major surgeries, and my L4 L5 discs being fused together, I still had permanent nerve damage from the waist down to my toes. Before I injured my back, I was a machinist, overhauling and repairing turbine engines for the many fighter jets of our military. I also have a degree in small machine repair, in offset printing, and a completion certificate in Comp A+ computer repair. I enjoy learning new things, especially if there is a challenge to it. Unfortunately, OSHA does not approve of people who are medicated, to be working on any machine that has a pinch point.
So due to my disability, I do not work, but because Ive worked most of my life, my fixed income is enough to make ends meet. So if you are interested in a "Sugar Daddy", Im not it. I have to manage my money carefully each month. I can still afford to go out once in a while, but thats not the norm.
I am very mechaniy inclined, and can fix almost anything. I tell others, who seem amazed at what I can do; "I can fix anything, with the exception of Grand Pianos and Broken Hearts". As you can see, I have a dry sense of humor, still Im able to lighten the mood with it. I actually enjoy fixing things, it is a skill that came naturally to me, except with plumbing. Oh well, like I said "Grand Pianos and Broken Hearts".
I have my own apartment, and I live by myself. Im a very clean person, however, I am still a man and my place is a little cluttered, and could use some dusting too (Im working on it). Im not well versed with many recipes, even so, I enjoy cooking, and my cooking usually comes out good. I enjoy watching my streaming channels, Netflix, Hulu, and Funimation. I really enjoy Anime and Cartoons. I have a wide variety of interests, in shows, in music, and in activities. I enjoy video games, and what I dont play on the internet (Club Pogo), I play on my old Sega Genesis console (its a good system). I also enjoy playing cards, board games, and its been a while, but I also enjoy a good game of chess.
I have three sisters, and one brother, both parents have passed on some time ago. My brother, one year older, is there for me whenever I need him, and I try to be there for him too. I have a couple of life long friends, that I stay in touch with, one lives in Connecticut, the other in Oregon/Washington. Most of my time I spend by myself, and like anyone else, I get lonely, and I companionship and passion in my life.
Here lies the problem, I would not wish my disability issues on someone else, especially someone that I care about. So I dont see myself in another monogamous relationship again, even though thats what I want. Even so, Ive been told by others, to let the other person decide whether or not they want to be with me, just as I am. So here I am, putting the word out that I would like to meet someone for a possible relationship.
On the other hand, I understand why someone would not want to be in a committed relationship with a disabled person, and thats ok too. Still, there must be someone out there in a similar position, or someone who wants a No Strings Attached relationship. Whether youre looking for a LTR, or a NSA relationship, I have much to offer, and Id like someone to share it with.
Im not superficial about looks, we all have feelings, desires, and needs, despite how we look. However, I would not be interested in meeting a woman who is 40 to 50 pounds plus, overweight. And even though looks are not important, there are some features that I do like, but I dont required. They are; Asian women, petite women, small breasts, women who do not wear much make-up, and blue eyes. Im interested in meeting a woman, whether she has any of those features, or not.
